Who we are
Siyag AI (“Siyag”, “we”, “us”) is a pre-launch product initiative developing an Arabic-first moderation and engagement platform. The public website is located at https://siyagai.website. For privacy matters, contact privacy@siyagai.website.
Business operator: Siyag AI is the current product name. Before customer onboarding or Meta App Review submission, the operator’s confirmed legal name, physical address and other required business details must be published here. This page is a pre-launch draft until those details are provided.
What this website collects
This website has no account registration, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or embedded contact forms. When you visit, the hosting/CDN service may necessarily process technical connection information such as IP address, request time, and browser details to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose availability. We do not intentionally set optional marketing cookies.
When you email us, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and message. Please do not send social-media passwords, access tokens, or sensitive information by email.
How we use information
Website technical information is used to serve and protect the site. Information from emails is used to answer inquiries, understand early interest in the planned product, and handle privacy or deletion requests. We do not sell the information you send to us or use this website to run behavioral advertising.
Planned Meta-connected product — not active
The product shown on the homepage is not yet publicly available. No customer Meta account connection, comment monitoring, automated moderation or messaging is running through this marketing website.
If the product launches and a customer grants the necessary permissions, its operations may involve authorized Page and Instagram account identifiers, asset metadata, relevant post/comment text, public-facing author identifiers, authorized conversation details, agent actions, rules and audit records, as required to classify comments, manage permitted replies, route cases and maintain an activity history. The exact categories, lawful bases, retention periods, subprocessors, user rights and processing arrangements must be documented and updated here before those features are activated.
We do not ask for Facebook or Instagram passwords. All planned Meta integrations are subject to Meta’s relevant permissions, platform rules and App Review.
Sharing and service providers
Our hosting and email providers may process information to deliver the site and emails under their applicable terms. Any additional providers, including AI model processors, will be disclosed before a connected moderation service processes customer content through them. We do not currently embed third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
Security and retention
We intend to limit collection to what is necessary and use suitable technical and organizational safeguards. Website/email information is retained only as reasonably required for inquiries, security, legal obligations and dispute resolution. We will specify concrete retention schedules for connected Meta data before the SaaS product goes live. Please note that ordinary internet communications cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may request information about personal data we hold, ask for correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing privacy@siyagai.website. Please include enough information to locate your correspondence or future account, but do not include passwords. We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or deleting records, and will respond under the applicable law.

We may update this policy as the website and product evolve. The date shown above will change when the policy changes. Any customer-facing SaaS launch will require this notice to reflect the actual integration and data processing practices.
